Days go by to fast!!

So I know that I haven't blogged in a while I just don't get on the computer that often so I have gotten behind! They days just go by way to fast and Keytin is growing up way to fast!! So I will bring you up to speed about what is happening in our house.
So we celebrated Keytin's birthday. We didn't have a party or anything just us. My parents showed up to give Keytin his presents when he was getting in to his cake. He didn't really dive into it like I thought he would. He liked the tools on it better. Then after that we cleaned him off and Russell, Keytin and I went swimming at the AC.

A new thing my son loves is soap. He can't get enough of it. If I don't put it where he can't get it we find soap through our house with teeth marks in it like this one here.

Russell's brother Bryan brought over a fridge box for Keytin to play with. He really didn't know what to think about it but know he loves it. I cut a door and a window in it and painted it so now it is his little hut.

So for about 3 days Keytin had a temperature over 100 degrees and was miserable. I still am not sure what caused it cause he had just got his yearly shots, he was and still is teething his molars, or it could have just been a little flu. Who knows? But once the fever pasted all of a sudden a rash broke out over his inter body. You can't see it very well but he was swollen and itchy but a good sport and found a new love of wearing his fathers hats. But he has to have it tilted a little so that he can see it. Ow ya and he has picked up a little scall which if you run into us he most likely will show you!

So two days a week I get to tend Cashe Pohlsanders (Katie Olsen Pohlsanders's little boy) while she works. It is so great to give Keytin a chance to play with a boy his age and it changes up our routine so he doesn't quite get so board with mom! They are so cute how they play together. They of coarse have there bad moments where Keytin turns to hitting and Cashe turns to biting so every once in a while I have to jump in and separate them but they always find a way to get back in the same room!!

Keytin and Russell have a great time building up there huts and since thanksgiving is here we have a few tables in our house ready for tomorrow so here is one of the easiest huts to make.

We were at Walmart and Keytin got a glimpse of this balloon and had to have it so of course right now he gets what he wants so this is him in his car seat with his amazing balloon.

After Walmart we stopped at McDonald's and Keytin got his first Happy Meal. He couldn't really eat it all but he was loving on the hamburger.

So I decided I wanted to put my touch on my house so I decided to paint cause I was sick of my white walls. The problem was I really really needed help so I asked my friend Dawnette to help me pick my paint. So here is the two boys having a fun time watching there mommies work.

Here we go. I will post the finishing product once we are done. We got two rooms to go and alot of touch fix its.

New Friends!!

For Halloween Tui, Sarah, and Aspen were down so I stop by and visited a little. It was great catching up and to see how big Aspen is getting she is so cute and has just as much energy as Keytin does.

I forgot to turn my flash on in this picture I hope you can see it cause Aspen is giving the cutest smile.

Here you can kinda see the differents in height Keytin is 10 months and I think Aspen is 6 months.

Halloween!!

Well this halloween has been one of the funnest I have ever had. We went all out with the decorations to the costumes. Having a little one makes it so much better.
So here is our front porch with the hay stacks, pumpkins, and scarecrows. It was great having Russell home to help out I didn't think it would really happen cause he was so busy but I barley mentioned it and we were off getting the hay and then we ran down to Gunnison to the Pumpkin Patch to pick up some pumpkins.

Keytin ended up falling asleep on the way down to the pumpkin patch so Russell and I left him in the car and went out to pick up the pumpkins I guess we got a little carried away cause we ended up with 28 pumpkins and shapes and sizes even different colors it was awesome!!

Here is the little one all done up in his costume up enjoying the people starting to show up at the trunk-or-treat! He didn't mind the hat at all it was the make up we had a real hard time getting it on him! Here is Russell getting all of our decorations out for the trunk or treat. The truck even matched with everything. It was great. It was awesome seeing all the people out and about but we had a hard time keeping up with the candy demand Russell had to make two extra trips to the grocery store to keep the kids happy!

So here is the Sanders Scarecrow Family Halloween Costume 2009. It was interesting trying to figure out how to put the fake straw in our hats and through our cloths but the best was putting all the make up on and heading down to Peterson Studio to get the Halloween picture done. Russell was a great spot with going along with all of this and he even helped me figure out our costumes this year. It all started with him needing new overalls and then it all took off from there.

Play Date!!

So Kolbie and Keytin had a play date today and it was great the moms made cookies and the kids watched some TV. It was just a great day! Got us out of the house and Keytin got a new friend!!
Here is Keytin and Kolbie right at first not quite ready to share the toys so they played tug-a-war a couple of times. I don't think Keytin knew what to do with Kolbie cause he has never been around another baby who is just as active as him!! It was fun to watch!!

Of coarse once the camera comes out both of the babies turn to give there best poise.

You can't really tell in the picture but the kids have traded there Pacifiers! See they are getting the hang of it!!

Here is a better picture of the kids with each others pacifiers!! Keytin couldn't quite figure out what the pink and white beads on the end were for!!

So we popped in My Kid Can Read videos for some down time for the kids and if you can't find Kolbie look for her head right by the atumin!! I think this was the first time Keytin actually watched TV even if it was for only a min.!!

So Keytin has been doing these funny faces lately and I just barley was able to catch them on camera!

And here is a picture of Keytin were you can see his bottom teeth really good. Two things you can't see is his top teeth which are coming in really good you can tell by the bit marks on my cheek that he left the other night!!
