Eating out!

So Russell's dad invited us out to eat for my birthday I just had to decided where. I am so sick of eating at the same old places so I decided to go to Richfield and eat at Pepper Belly's. The last time I eat there Russell and I were only engaged. So it has been quite some time. Before we could go I decided Keytin would probably be a lot better if he had something in his belly so I feed him before dressing him in his nice clothes so he didn't get them all dirty.

It was nice to go out and eat and just relax with the family. I am trying to get better at asking people to take pictures of Russell and I cause I am always the one to take pictures. I am getting there.

We were there maybe 15 minutes and Keytin started fussing Lorin couldn't figure out what Keytin wanted. Russell couldn't either so of coarse they hand him to mom and with in 5 min. I had him asleep. They all asked if I knew that was why he as fussing and I just replied "I am the mother I always know." Really they had trying feeding him that wasn't it, he didn't have a dirty diaper so what else is there. It was nice to be able to eat and not have to juggle Keytin and make sure he stayed happy. I was nervous cause he sleep the whole and the whole way home. I didn't think he would sleep at all that night. But he did awesome we have trained him well. he sleep through the night and is as happy as can be this morning. I love my bubu!

Food

So Keytin is getting more and more stubborn every day. Well I was reading a friends blog and she talked about feeding her little girl infant food for the first time and how funny it was. Well a different friend of mine gave me a lot of baby food that her son didn't eat so I have quite a bit so I decided to try it and see what happens. Well the first real food was green beans and Keytin didn't mind it at all. Actually he quite enjoyed it. He was smiling and just kinda going with the flow. Now I know he is only three months old but to me he seems a lot older more mature in a way. Ya I was a little nervous to see if his stomach could handle it and make sure he didn't get constipated. So a day after the food he hadn't gone the bath room and I figured we were going to have to wait a little bit longer on the food. Well about ten minutes after that he filled his diaper twice and that was my go a head so now not only does Keytin get milk but he eats baby food twice a day. It is so weired though cause he seems a lot happier and just more layed back. Before when he was only getting milk it always seemed like he was starving and I hated that. So now it is all good.

So after the first time I feed him food he was so happy playing with his taggy and chewing it to death then five minutes of that he was exhausted. You know how after you have a full stomach you just get so tired. Well that defiantly happened to Keytin. It was so funny cause he was just to tired to remove his taggy from covering his face. So that is how he fell asleep. I should have got a picture of it when he was asleep but with those big brown eyes I couldn't resist taking one with them.

19. Have you gained weight since then? Well since I have a three month old I would say I have gained weight but trying really hard to get back down. I hear it takes some time!

My Working Boys!

My two boy's are hard at work looking at the computer and who knows what but Keytin was just as into the computer as dad was. I love my boys they are some good looking fellows!

First Toy

Well since Keytin is getting a little older I decided we could start to bring out some of his toys I got from my baby shower. He isn't all that into holding them yet but they do a good job entertaining him. He sat and stared at this one for about 10 min. before he finally fell asleep.

So close to summer!!

So summer is almost here and the heat is starting to come. So now Keytin is even more naked then he use to be and he is growing and learning new tricks. He can do a full circle on his back it is really funny to watch!

Keytin watching and kinda help mom do some cleaning and also making mom laugh to watch him play in the clean cloths. One of his summer cloths it still is a little big on him but he looks so beyond cute in it. To bad it is suppose to snow this coming week.

My Babies Pain

I had just got done getting ready and I walked out to find my boy had finally found his thumb. I thought it just looked so cute I had to take a picture to remember the moment. I know some people would say "Don't let him start that it isn't good for him." But I say "He is a little baby what ever makes him happy I will give him. If and when I need to do something about it then I will take action but today I will let him do what ever he wants cause today he had to get his shots."

His Aunt Sonia dropped off some cloths that didn't fit her son anymore and I couldn't resist showing others how cute he looks in his Old Navy Jeans. In my opinion he so handsome.

So heading to the Doctors I was nervous how this was going to go but I planned for the worst. I gave him so infant Tylenol which made him a little loopy and tired. So off we went. My son now weighs 15 pounds at 2 months and 3 weeks old. So it was finally time for the shots and it was so sad. Right before she stuck him he gave me the biggest, sweetiest smile and then poke he didn't know what hit him but that smile wentstraight to his big puckered lower lip to a full out ball with tears and all. The worse part of it was that his eyes stayed on me. Like he was trying to understand why I would let this happen to him. It was horrible it felt like my heart was getting ripped out. At the time I didn't let any tears fall but now just thinking back at it, see the band aids, and remembering his face brings tears. Its hard to see your child hurt and there is nothing you can do about it. How do you try to explain that the pain will help him down the road??
